Enjoy a plated dinner prepared by Ruth’s Chris featuring:

• Steak House Salad with balsamic & ranch on the side

• Choice of entrée:

  • Chicken Florentine (seared chicken in white wine spinach sauce)

  • Sirloin Strip with peppercorn sauce

  • Salmon Fillet with caper cream sauce

  • Vegetable Napoleon (vegetarian – layered grilled vegetables with cheese & tomato-basil sauce)

• Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables
